Alison Ballentine is a graduate of BOULDER COLLEGE OF MASSAGE THERAPY. While there, she took a special interest in injury recovery and orthopedic massage. In addition, she has also studied: shiatsu, myofascial release, prenatal massage, infant massage, neuromuscular therapy, hydrotherapy, aromatherapy, integrative massage, and more!

She has had a thriving practice in Sun Valley, ID since 1997 and had the opportunity to work with everyone from olympic athletes to hollywood elites to stressed out CEO's to the desk jockey.

After all of these years, Alison still enjoys helping people feel better within their bodies. One of the unique aspects of a session with Alison is that she actually takes time to talk AND LISTEN to every client before every appointment to find out what & how they are feeling and what their goals are. She never assumes that she knows more about someone than they know about themselves. She has a "teamwork" approach that is extremely effective. She works "with" people, rather than "on" them. Her years of experience show in her knowledge, sensitivity, intuition, and curiousity.

Alison recently launched her own line of organic moisturizers SUN VALLEY REMEDIES.
She began SUN VALLEY REMEDIES because she felt it was time to turn a struggle into a strength. She had suffered from ECZEMA her entire life...until she developed this line of bodycare. Her products are designed for not only professional bodyworkers, but also for personal daily use. Amazingly, she has been able to help her massage clients continue to feel good, even after they leave her studio!
