Our creamy lotion blends are made using aloe vera as the base. Aloe Vera is wonderful for the skin…how it looks, how it feels, and how it reacts to a variety of environments. When you visit our ingredients page, you will see some ingredients that you may not have ever heard of – all of which are plant-derived and beneficial to the skin – and your body as a whole.
Our jojoba blends are quite simple. We use only first-pressed unrefined jojoba. Jojoba of this quality, as well as its many benefits are quite unique. Jojoba is often incorrectly thought of as an oil. It feels like an oil, looks like an oil, but is not in the traditional sense. It is much more stable than common vegetable-based oils (sweet almond, grape seed, etc.). What this means for you, as a consumer, is that you can pick our product up in 12 months, and it will still smell and feel wonderful. These products can be used head (including your hair!) to toe.
We use a very small amount of wheat germ oil as our preservative. Wheat germ oil is a natural source of Vitamins A, D, and E. Each blend is created with the essential oils that are known to encourage the intended result. Specific blends, and the benefits of each essential oil ingredient can be found on the product page.
The essential oils used for each aromatherapy blend have been chosen and tested for the intended result. One of the wonderful qualities about essential oils is that they have multiple properties and benefits. So, the essential oils chosen to create the blends, as they marry with each other, enhance the aspects of the desired results.
Sun Valley Remedies uses the purest ingredients currently available. All ingredients are organic. All products are cruelty-free and vegan. We like to test on humans.
